Conference “Better Regulation for the Efficient Management and Partnerships” (1.-2.12.2011)
On December 1-2, 2011 the State Chancellery, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development and the Employers’ Confederation of Latvia jointly organize annual conference “Better Regulation for the Efficient Management and Partnerships”, which invites to a discussion representatives from the state institutions and local governments and business experts.
The conference will address issues regarding state administration human resources as a guarantee for service quality, public service management efficiency and reforms, reduction of administrative burden. Estonian and Lithuanian representatives will share their experience on the implementation of the changes in the state administration.
Panel discussions will provide an opportunity to explore availability and quality of public services in the health and education sectors, as well as prerequisites and needs for developing the system of public sectors.
